Managing your money with an Access account
With an Access account you can
receive statements monthly, to help you keep track of your account
arrange a 'sweep' facility to automatically move money into or out of your account
set up Payline Split to automatically pay some of your income to your Access account and the rest to another Westpac account
do almost all your banking and pay bills using phone banking or Online Banking
pay regular bills with automatic payments or direct debits
Open a new Access account in Online Banking
Westpac customers can open a new Access account in Online Banking, just select ‘New account’ from the ‘I want a…’ menu.
As soon as the account has been opened, you will be able to use it in Online Banking and via ATMs and EFTPOS terminals (if you choose to access your new account using your existing bank and credit cards).
